We hosted family at our house for Thanksgiving this year and needed some chairs and tables for everyone. We rented two tables, chairs and some lawn games from Sam’s. They could not have made it any easier with the pickup and drop off. Reasonable prices and an overall great experience. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

We used Sam’s Tent Rental for my son’s wedding this Saturday and they were phenomenal from start to finish. The team arrived right on time, worked quickly, and made everything look beautiful and seamless. The tent was spotless and sturdy, the layout was perfect for our flow, and their crew was friendly, efficient, and so easy to work with. If you decide to cancel your rental, or weather prohibits installation we do not issue refunds for any reason but will hold your funds as a rain-check which is valid for a yearto be used anytime you wish to start the day after your original event date. This also includes all Covid-19 and pandemic related cancelations

Event equipment is reserved upon signed receipt rental agreement and a 50% deposit for orders over $400 and 100% for orders under $400. The full balance of order is due prior to delivery. If order is to be charged on a credit or debit card, the balance due will be processed 2-5 business day prior to delivery.

Payments are required to reserve your equipment for the reservation of items requested.

Yes! Normal delivery rates will range from $40 and up, dependent on location. With a minimum 40 dollar delivery fee .

Our standard delivery service is Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. After and before hours, delivery is available for an additional fee. Please contact us or fill out a form for pricing. 689-278-7176

Yes we do!! There is a small handling fee for all pick orders price ranging from 15$ - 50$ .

Yes! Deliveries can be scheduled and will guarantee delivery within a 4 hour window between 6:30 am to 7:30pm. This service must be arranged prior to delivery day and can be limited by the number of specified time requests we receive for a given day. Average set delivery rates range from $50-150.

We can set up the equipment for an extra charge. Normally, when we deliver, we stack the items in the garage or at front door. However, some items do include set-up and take-down, such as large tents.

Unfortunately not, we charge for time out not time used.

You will be charged the replacement cost on that item.
